For the past couple of days I've been all hopped up on cold medicine. When I heard people sniffling, sneezing and coughing on one of our flights this past weekend, I figured I would catch something. And like clockwork, I woke up with congestion and a pounding headache. The funniest part? Certain medication causes me to become completely confused, and whatever my mom gave me this week did the trick. Apparently my little sister was in the bathroom, brushing her teeth and I decided to join her in the middle of the night. She tried to talk to me, I made no sense whatsoever, and then I walked back to my room. Yay for scaring younger siblings!
Has anyone heard of aerial yoga? I was shopping around for an early morning yoga class I could take in Phoenix and stumbled across this
AntiGravity Yoga website. How fun does it look?! Swinging and playing around in a little cocoon? Sign this girl up!

But really... I need to find an aerial yoga class -- or something just as fun!
that does look like fun! probably harder than it looks though!
ReplyDeletehope you feel better soon! i've been sick this week too!
Hope you feel better soon! Have you heard of hot yoga? I have heard that is really good too. That aerial yoga looks fun but would probably make me sick though. I can't handle motion like that very well. I was that kid in gym class that couldn't even do trampolining without feel nauseous lol.
ReplyDeleteThat is really cool looking! However I am way, way too clumsy and accident prone to pull that off. I would love to try it, though..when no one was looking.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better! I'm new to your blog, looking forward to future posts! :)

It comes to no surprise there is such a thing as aerial yoga. The fitness industry has to be a mega million....perhaps billion dollar one, wouldn't you agree? Boy, now wouldn't I like to have a teeny slice of that pie. lol I have to admit this does look rather fun, though, just to suspend oneself like that and stretch. Ahhh, that feels soooo good! Thanks for linking up yesterday. I'm running behind, my apologizes please, but am now your newest GFC follower. =D
ReplyDeleteI would love to do aerial yoga! I love being upside down like that. I live near Seattle so there has to be something like that around here somewhere.
ReplyDeleteI found your blog through Wednesday Walkabout and it is so beautiful. I'm a new follower and can't wait to get caught up on your posts. Hope you have a great Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteI bet that aerial yoga does wonders for back pain. Following from the Wednesday blog hop.
ReplyDeleteI've never tried this, but my back needs stretched like that SO bad. I keep staring at that picture willing my back a good stretch. I'd totally take the class.
