san diego, california: coronado beach and balboa park

Coronado was one of my favorite stops while we were visiting San Diego because there's so much eye candy. Every building and house is unique in its own way, and I especially loved the old Victorian homes lining the streets. Oh, and the beach? Whitest sand I've seen in a while.

After Coronado, we went to Balboa Park to people watch and have lunch. And I saw the cutest poodles wearing visors and sunglasses! I'm not sure how they trained the dogs to leave everything alone, but well done!
